How it works
Tell us what you need
A size, a shape, a purpose, a rough sketch. Photos of the space it will live in help more than you would expect.
We come back with options
Timber, dimensions and finish, plus a firm price and a realistic lead time. If it will not work, we will say so rather than take the order anyway.
You approve, we cut
Nothing starts until you have said yes in writing. That protects your money and our timber.
Photos mid-build
You see the piece before it is finished, so there are no surprises when the box arrives.
What we do not do
No veneer, no painted finishes, no plastic parts. And nothing that copies another maker's design word for word.
Lead times
Typical custom lead time is confirmed with your design quote. Larger runs take longer, and we will tell you that up front rather than after you have paid.
