Welcome to Giltwave (giltwaveco.com, the “Site”). These Terms govern your use of the Site and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The short version is at the top of each section — the details follow.

1. Who we are

Giltwave is a studio offering hand-carved wooden home goods. The Site is operated by JINXI CUSTOMIZATION LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Contact: giltwaveco@gmail.com.

2. Our products are handmade

Each piece is one of a kind.

Every item is hand-carved from natural wood. You can expect small variations in grain, color, and shape — that is the nature and charm of handmade work, not a defect. Product photos show a representative piece; your item will be closely similar but not identical. Wood is a living material: minor seasonal movement or fine grain lines are normal (see our Care Guide).

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars.

All prices are shown in USD and do not include shipping, taxes, or import duties unless stated. International customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes (see our Shipping page). We accept the payment methods shown at checkout; payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer; we confirm acceptance by email.

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud); if we cancel after charging you, we will refund you in full. Unstarted orders can be changed or cancelled — contact us as soon as possible. Custom pieces cannot be cancelled once work has begun (see our FAQ).

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide with tracking.

Please see our Shipping page for current timeframes, costs, and policies. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. If your package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days with photos.

6. Returns, refunds, and repairs

14-day returns; we repair before we replace.

Our full policy lives on our Returns & Refunds page. In short: unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt; custom pieces are returnable only if defective; damaged or defective items: send photos within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange — we cover shipping both ways; refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of our inspection. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

7. Intellectual property

Our content is ours.

All text, images, designs, and branding on the Site — including the Giltwave name and product photography — are our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written consent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt the Site or access it by automated means that abuse our systems, and no submission of false information at checkout.

9. Limitation of liability

We stand behind our work, within reason.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not limit liability where the law does not allow it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here with its last-updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
