Shipping

Delivery usually takes about 3–5 business days depending on destination and customs processing. These are carrier estimates, not promises.

Every order gets a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the studio. If it has not arrived within the estimated window, write to us with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.

International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility. We declare every order accurately and cannot mark parcels as gifts.

Plastic-free and recyclable, and packed to survive the trip. If something arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days so we can sort it out.

Please check your address at checkout. If an order comes back to us as undeliverable we will contact you about re-shipping, though a second shipping charge may apply.
